Why is it important that 𝗬𝗢𝗨 have a vision?
✅ It serves as your focal point for business decisions and goal-setting
✅ It gives you and everyone on your team a direction and motivating force
A lot of people confuse vision with a mission.
I know it’s not easy because NOT all of us are visionary. It took me 7 months to write down our Mission and Vision.
But according to Simon Sinek,
“A vision is a world we imagine, the tangible results of what the world would look like if we spent every day in pursuit of our 𝗪𝗛𝗬.”
It is a shared destination between you, your clients, and your team.
Your vision should be clear and specific.
And most importantly, it has to be ambitious. .
But do not mistake vision for goals.
Goals are measurable and time-bound. You know when you hit your milestones.
Meanwhile, you cannot measure vision.
It is a very long journey and quite frankly impossible to achieve.
But because you believe in it so much you’ll die trying to make it a reality.
Vision is what will inspire your team.
It will drive them to work harder because they know they’re working towards something bigger than themselves.
So I challenge YOU to dream big, share it with your team, and 𝗡𝗘𝗩𝗘𝗥 𝗟𝗜𝗠𝗜𝗧 𝗬𝗢𝗨𝗥𝗦𝗘𝗟𝗙……
